I am looking to get the cabin in the rear of the property renovated. The cabin comprises of 2 rooms with a stud partition between with a doorway with no door currently, a bedroom with a bathroom section walled off and a kitchen come dinning/sitting room all in one. The cabin will need to be emptied of some crap, small furniture, carpets that were loosely put down (not installed, just the odd tack) and a skip can be supplied for that and any other material that needs to be removed. The wallpaper will need to be removed, this wallpaper is on all walls in both rooms, the walls will need to be painted in a simple white paint. To clarify, the internal walls are plastered walls, its a fairly conventional build inside and no external wood cabin work will be needed outside of the extractor fan. A new doorway between the 2 rooms will need to be created and the existing one will be filled in (this is just stud partitions so easy stuff) and a sliding door to be fitted (will be supplied if not that would be extra on top of your quote). A cooker and extractor hood (also supplied) will also need to be fitted and a small hot press with shelving will need to be built. Doors will be provided also but all other materials will need to be supplied as part of the quote. Finally there are 2 kitchen units that will need to be sanded (one was painted white) and treated so they both match again.
