Erect panel and post fence on the third side.
Land on a slight slope – will need this divided in to 2 tiers with a small retaining wall dividing the tiers.
Remove small section of palisade fencing.

The back wall of a mid terraced 1930's townhouse needs to be waterproofed and there are a small amount of superficial cracks appearing. I spoke to a consultant at the damp store, and it was recommended that the back wall be re-rendered to waterproof and improve structural integrity.

We have a partially finished staircase. (Concrete, clad in wood) The remaining aspects are the spindles, stringers and newel caps. We have all the materials except the newel caps and one stringer when needs to be repaired. Unfortunately our carpenter caught covid and has not been able to finish the job.
Looking at ideas to extend our kitchen. Need to knock dividing wall between kitchen/ dining room and possibly extend into garden.
Also hoping to fit a WC under stairs.
