PLEASE NOTE - I've put a budget of £100 for this because I don't know the average cost of work like this so I'm really just investigating how much it'd cost to do at the moment (I don't expect it to cost less than £100!)
I'm considering buying a house in Mayo but it needs the following work done to it and I want to get an idea of how much the work will cost so I can decide whether to go ahead and buy the house or not.
To dig & install a septic tank & connect it up to the property.
To build a small extension and fit a bathroom into it (the cottage has no bathroom at the moment).
To connect the property to a water supply (which I am told is nearby). There's no central heating system in the property. As you can see it's a small cottage. Please quote to fit a central heating system in to it.

remove open coal back boiler and rebuilt the fireplace to an open fireplace for burning wood. The outside of the fireplace is covered with white marble which possible needs to be partly removed in order to remove the back boiler. The marble needs to be restored.
