I'm looking for a price to build a single bed over a stair box in box room with some wardrobe space also. I've no idea how much it will cost so have just put in a budget of €450
Small bathroom gut out and refit, and walls and floor tiled. Need the hot water tank in the bathroom removed. And change the boiler in the living room to a combi boiler. We have the new bathroom suit and tiles got. Everything else needs supplied. The walls in the bathroom will more than likely have to be reboarded with aqua boards.

Due to a leak in my bathroom my old bathroom doorframe and the skirting board outside the bathroom got rotten. The bathroom has now been repaired and tiled but I need my old bathroom door frame removed and replaced. It is an old cottage with irregular sized walls so a standard width piece of wood will not fit. I also need the skirting boards in the hall outside the bathroom replaced. I have the skirting board bought so this just needs to be cut and fitted.
