We have a large hot press that we wish to install an ensuite into (toilet / sink / shower. The room is currently c. 110x 125cm, and we would like to move a stud wall by 20cm to make this 110 x 145 internal.
The hot water tank has already been moved to the loft. and pipe runs are ready above for the shower. Runs are already going through the press for the sink. The toilet will be directly above a standard diameter sink waste pipe in the press downstairs, which is used for the washing machine and we were planning to use this with a macerator for the toilet waste.

Looking for reconnection of central heating/hot water system, including replacement of some pipework. Installation of 9 or 10 new radiators around the house. We need the old oil boiler replaced. And we’re getting a solid fuel range cooker/central heating boiler which we like to connect to the whole system.
I want some very low raised beds added in back Garden. They will be rendered and capped with silver granite kerbstone. I will provide the silver granite capping. Very simple job of laying some breeze blocks and and capping with the silver granite. Will need circular say to cut the capping. I also have an existing raised bed that needs repair. I have someone that can do the rendering if need be or you can include it the job.

I have just bought a new bungalow (1976) and the surveyor's report recommended the following remedial work to be done asap within the loft space:
1) install a timber beam spanning across 4+ ceiling joists to support the strut above the kitchen
2)mount water cistern on a robust platform and cover and insulate this
3) repair torn felt underlay
4) treat mold to underside of underlay to left corner of front roof surface
5) left gable wall facing to the front is filled with fibreglass and should be replaced with masonry
6) check roofing above a water bucket that seems to have been left to catch water leaks.
Looking for someone to carry out as much of this work as possible to a high and safe standard over May/June (times to be agreed by both parties).
