My inset stove was flush with the surround of the fireplace. Now that the fireplace is removed, there is approx 5" gap between stove and wall. I need some heat resistant plaster board installed plus stone cladding tiling for chimney breast approx 57x97x6 inches plus approx 6x97x12 (boxing off pipes but other side will be same dimension to balance). There may be additional needs when I discuss options with my plumber. Also, a section of the ceiling needs replacing - approx 24"x36"
